Merry Christmas!

There may be a few Christmas Cards still in the mailbox somewhere since I was late sending them this year...but I just wanted to say Merry Christmas from the Spellman Family!

Flashback Santa Pic

Well, I failed as a mommy...maybe. Here it is Dec 21 and I have not taken Aspen to get her picture with Santa. She's been fighting being sick for about 2 1/2 weeks now (crossing our fingers she's finally kicking it!) plus she's not a really big fan of strangers, let alone mommy putting her down into a strangers arms so I guess unintentionally we dodged the bullet of standing in line with a bunch of sick children and grouchy parents and then having the screaming child who melts down...Maybe next year. Anyway, here's a quick flashback of her first Christmas picture with Santa last year. She was 4 months old.

I can't believe how much she's grown and changed in a year! We've had such a great year with her and we're so excited for her second Christmas. We got a little preview last weekend when we opened a few gifts from Nana, and she's going to have a blast this year. I can't wait!

Who knows, we might still get a little crazy and find her a Santa somewhere...but I doubt it.
