We've been pretty busy around here lately! We've spent a lot of time playing....
...and being a big girl...
(This was Aspen's first time sitting in a high chair at a restaurant...where else, El Mezcal on Valentines Day!)
...and going on walks when the weather is nice enough....
...and cooking!
Joe's aunt Mary Sue is an awesome cook...and I got this recipe from his mom, who got it from her. I've made it a few times and made it for us again last night...can you say A.M.A.Z.I.N.G and SUPER easy!!!
What you'll need:
Chicken Breasts
Swiss Cheese
Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 stick of butter
1 cup Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix
Place Chicken Breasts (deboned and skinned) in bottom of a greased casserole dish.
Cover each breast with a slice of swiss cheese
Dilute 1 can of cream of chicken soup with 1/2 cup of milk. Pour over chicken.
Mix 1/2 stick of butter with one cup of pepperidge farm stuffing mix. Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake one hour @ 350.
ENJOY!
